XPE is clearly in the commercialisation phase. I understand the business quite well as some of my other posts will indicate.

ADRC is developed. The Apps are developed. Xerts is developed. These are products ready for market. XPE is now seeking to flog is products directly, through JCT, for example and indirectly through channel partners like Telink etc. Clearly, as with any other technology company, XPE will continue to invest in R&D. The latest presentation gives a roadmap on some of this.

Getting material revenue and contracts = commercialisation.

8 years ago, Chris and John had a concept. From then to now, they invested time, energy and about $5-6million developing the concept to ready-to-market products.

So raising more money at the low since relisting, your quote, means they are a start-up? To extrapolate your statement, it means any company, no matter what stage they are in their business cycle, but if they raise at the lows, then they revert to being a start-up. Sounds ridiculous. Because it is.
