trying to keep a level discussion on this

the biggest thing I can see is the Non -disclosure and Insider trading

forget the rest of the white noise , emails etc

The problem is in black and white on the ASX announcements

Some Directors purchased shares in a non disclosure Period - if it was A binding agreement that is !

if it was not a binding agreement the directors are fine to Purchase shares , have to Leave that up to ASIC I think
