TA analysis is all good and stuff but we should always bear in the mind that TA should be taken within context. Drawing all this head and shoulders stuff is good but unless it factors in the company itself and what the company is about, is really useless, unless of course the fundamentals of BGS changes. Hence to to put out a $0.10 target based on a head and shoulders (barely resembles one) is absolutely rubbish to say the least.

$0.10 will give market cap of $18m when we have $8m cash at bank? That's EV of $10m. That's really not possible unless as I said, fundamentals change.

Hence, the best investors in the world don't even factor TA into their consideration. If you gave Warren Buffett a whole spill on TA, he would acknowledge it and just tell you to stick it.
