I know management are paid to manage but I have wondered if such a material decision like pre empting a deal of this size should have been put up to shareholders for approval?
I suppose no one saw any of this coming.
I really don't know why they don't say something.
I can't see how it would hurt us.
I actually think dropping the name of our backer would be beneficial.
Assuming there is one.
At present COP & WPL are treating us with utter disdain.
I think that would change quick smart if word got out one of the 7 sisters was backing us.
The pressure remains on FAR.
We need to push back and put some pressure on both COP & WPL.
