As far as 20% I do not think MT K wants any long term part of company. They will exercise when they have prearranged buyers to take stock. So I do not see any problem with 20%. You also seem to be all or nothing as far as them getting out. It will be gray in the middle. For example I realy think they will do the shares that are at 0.038 when price is around 0.10 Will price drop do to dilution yes but very little. If REE and stock Keeps rising they will do some of the 0.05 options. They do not want to be hurt any more than us. They will take care They have over 3.5 years to do this in a controlled way.
