AGM

If anyone has any well thought out questions for the AGM let me know as I will attend. Can't promise I will get a chance to ask all of them but might try the top two if feasible.

Is anyone else attending?

Singh I am not sure there is much else to talk about, the question is what will the company do next? I think a few people had it spot on, move to phase 3 and as such raise the funds via the equity market. This will most likely be the next set of announcements before any more research results (again this is a pure guess).

On the query of license vs sell it would depend on the offer for both. A license deal inherently holds more risk as the cash flows go out for more years, but that risk may be factored into the sale price of the company. The only reason I personally would prefer a sale (not that my opinion counts) is we are a research company and not a manufacturer.
