If anyone ever started business and build over few year will give the board a big thick of approval for doing this strategic placement.

The word "strategic" has different meaning to me. Businesses are build on borrowing money from the banks, companies like GPP using brokers. In both cases it must be a win/win situation for both.

Yes, broker received cheap shares but GPP have now funds to move the company to the next step.

How can anyone expect a company to deliver results without spending money?

Providing they use money wisely (and I trust they will) shareholders will be soon rewarded with progress on OHD project and more solid proof on huge value of lithium play.

Would they raise 2 mil if Borg will tell them there is no much lithium there?????

We all want our shares to go up. How can this be achieved if won't receive any news on the progress with both projects?

And how can you progress without additional funds?

IMO there will be another CR but by that time GPP will deliver PFS on OHD, results on lithium and we will feel sorry for selling anywhere below 5c.

Let's give them some credit for the time being and ask more questions during AGM.

I remember the same talk on HC when I purchased PLS over a year ago. The rest is the history.

The rise or fall in SP is more often associated with quality management able to deliver then project they have.

I am giving the company benefit of doubt and you will not find my name among sellers until future reports.
