Read last line in Ann of 3/11 - suspension update;
"The company will request an urgent hearing of its application" - therefore, fair to assume the application and hearing date were expedited.
Read suspension update of today;
"The adjournment was to allow the company to provide the court with further evidence" - therefore, fair to assume the court was dissatisfied with what was provided OR the company was ill prepared for their own, urgently initiated court hearing.
Notoriously delayed....ummm - Divan, invisible K2u revenue, Toomai, OM, lack of prep for their own Fed Court hearing ETC, ETC.
Pls keep your word and don't reply or tag me into any of your posts again. I appreciate your authoritarian stance as a TV2 holder, however you are not my lawyer or mentor. Keep your content related to the company.
