    Clearly this is positive sentiment. The other statement which was more significant is A2 will be paying a dividend at end of 2017 barring any capital initiatives. Moving forward management sees more upside. Combine with Chinese leaving regulations and taxes untouched (COM still might change it) for rest of 2017, it only means one thing for BAL and A2 shareholders - KA CHING!!!
