I do not condone the old directors using SH funds for legal action I do not know if it is legal or not but if it is illegal why are we going to court should not need to, ASIC should have fix it up.
If something is illegal it is reported to the proper authority and does not cost a cent
You all seem to not get the point if the poster had not posted what they had no action could have been taken and we would not have paid out close to $1m and that is a fact that cannot be disputed some will try.
It has been paid and it should not have happened but you all seem to just dismiss it as it is not important.
Now those same posters are complaining on what the Directors are spending without knowing on what it is being spent on when we know that is the time to complain if any of them know what it has been wasted on I would like to know.
I know we donot get enough information that may be for a reason or not I am happy to wait and see.
KQ does not think it is the oil price that dropped the SP but if that is so all the oil companies in our range must have crook boards as they have all dropped like us some more, maybe KQ could give us his reason on the other companies SP has decline.
