That's correct. They're kind of like a laybuy. If they're not exercised you lose your deposit and the company loses the exercise revenue. I believe this round are worth about 700k to PLP if all were to be converted. Small dilution of course follows. I like the way our management has not whored themselves out with pointless Ann's to pump the SP. The market knows better now. You need proven resource, in the ground. To get the SP to move. Is today the day??
