@justbyanose - Interesting dot-joining you've done there. It would seem the 800+ number narrows the range to a likely group such as Charter. Alternatively, PC may have just been spitballing, but if you're like me and believe that consciously or sub-consciously out of all numbers, 800 was mentioned for a reason, then this would certainly fall into the Freudian slip category.
