Hi Guys, I wish you all the good luck with the investment, however wanted to point out some things you may not be able to find here yet. I am not holding, but watching this stock to eventually get on board. I may have missed the boat, but part of the interest in this stock comes from the fact I am directly from the Cinovec area and used to cycle around for many years. Currently living in Perth. Cin means Tin in Czech language and it has always been known as an area rich in resources. Not only tin, but coal. The important part of the investment is to actually get to the point where you start producing Lithium/Tin. But that is the tricky part as exploration is one thing, but to get the approval is another one. We have many resource rich areas in Czech, but Czechs are increasingly sensitive to have their resources mined if it affects the environment and also, mined by foreign companies. I wish you would be able to read the Czech forums when it comes to mining for Lithium in Cinovec. Strongly negative. You may think it may not have any impact, Eastern Europe is Wild East, but big multinational companies have received gold exploration permits in Southern Czech (Sumava Ksperske Hory) and after they finished and found it as profitable to open a mine, Czechs stopped that and the mines never opened (search for TVX Bohemia who has also been a shell owned by foreign companies). They never received a permit (and they sued - and lost as they really did receive the exploration permit only). Now, it is fair to say there have been recently number of forum and a lot of lobbyist are in favor of mining for Lithium, however this area in particular is very very sensitive to having new mines open nearby and the local councils and approving bodies do pay attention to what people want, so that is the reason why I am still not in the stock. Recently one of Czech companies received a final permit to mine for Lithium from sediments after previous tin mining to extract the Lithium from that source and people in general are not opposing to that. But opening a new mine is a different thing. Just have this on mind. The area is located within Krusne hory (Krusne Mountains) and recently its actually become quite touristic place - as I mentioned, great for cycling etc. So if you can imagine a mine in King's Park (Perth), Royal Botanic Gardens in Melbourne/Sydney then that is how I see the chances to have a new Lithium mine open in Cinovec at the moment. As for the Giga factory, area North from Prague is one environmentally protected area next to each other. Again, there is a huge discussion on that in Czech, there is basically no way this would get through (simply not such a place in that region that could accommodate such factory plus the roads etc., imagine Giga factory in the above parks again in Australia as this is high density area when it comes to people living there not Kalgoorlie or similar), even if government decided to consider that. They have however been in favor of many things that never went through...Anyway, this is just something I believe investors should know and I guess would not get from anywhere else. Just be careful.
