An exciting telesales role has become available in Chesterfield,Derbyshire, selling the worlds most advanced identity verification services to regulated sector businesses.
You’ll be working with an international sales team engaging with clients across multiple jurisdictions, whilst based in the UK.
iSignthis is a dynamic company with a vibrant environment, and we need you to help us to continue creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients through outbound calls.

Key Tasks:
· Achieving both quantity and quality based targets by completing outbound calls to clients.
· Analysing the information and building bespoke cases on behalf of your clients.
· Providing exceptional customer service by updating clients via outbound calls and via electronic communications.
· Developing good working relationships with all colleagues.
· Recording all communications with clients accurately on the database and to ensure all information is up-to-date.
· 'Objection handling' clients and building rapport on each call.
Skills / Experience Required:
· Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ Sales experience
· Ability to assist with research of prospective lists of clients for contact.
· Experience of working within regulated Financial Services and or Online payments i.e. payment gateway, payment services, financial services, credit reference agency, preferred.
· GCSE English and Math preferred.
· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
· High level of accuracy – both literacy.
· Understands importance of good customer service.
· Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment & dealing with high volumes of calls.
· Possesses a confident telephone manner and is able to deal effectively with clients.
