Let's just say the good stuff is about to start.

We are going to hit CF+ in 5 months. This can most definitely happen sooner as @Radar100 has pointed out, and if it does that's great! But I'm keeping a conservative approach because I'm 95% certain we will be by March.

The thing we can't forecast is Mobilise revenue and COSTS, as well as the growth of Uber. Maybe the revenue from Uber will offset the costs of Mobilise so that there isn't too much of an impact to the bottom line?

When we hit CF+ there will be no more dilution in terms of share issuances. What will happen is that the share price will rise to above 2.5c and shareholders will convert their options before the expiry. That is an extra $2m (I believe it's around that much) to go straight towards growth.

That is a lot of money to literally fund making sure they're making more profitable business as at that stage they will already be CF+.

Which then leads to my next point. Early investors (and large shareholders) may want to exit at this point so they will want a big appreciation in share price to reflect the risk they have undertaken in this business when they partially or fully sell out. Revenue and profit will be going up. We've seen unbelievable growth in the last year, which can grow more and more so I can definitely see the share price increasing to reflect this.

I'd be interested to know what happens if there was a multi million dollar cap raise next year, which is what could happen if they want to expand globally - much like Uber and AirBnb.

It's a waiting game, the long term holders including myself have been waiting for this moment for a long time, and it's almost upon us. Just be ready when it hits and have a strategy in place.
