I do not comment often here on HC because my first language is not english.
But after the last days i am feeling a need to say somthing.
I am invested in alkane since the 20c. That was really no wonder that the share price went up so strong. After all licences are garantied there was only one way, the way up.
But after the anouncement that alkane want to module the mine, it was clear that we are in a different position, now. That is very simple mathematics.
Before we calculated with around 100 million outcome a year. Now we must half this and the plan of the building phase is also 1 year later. With a 10 factor alk is around 500 - 600 million worth if the mine is allready build. so we are right now in a fair value with 1/2 to 1/3 off the current MC. Before the anouncement about the modular building plan we was good at a level around 60c.
I sold after the anouncement at 56c. But only a small amount. I am here for the next years, i know alk is a brilliant oportunity for the future. But not for the next weeks or month.
Of cause there are some point of interests in the near time. Simply if Hafniums kicks in there will be a hugh upside. Allthough the current drilling program can generate intestings news in the short therm. And of cause any other news with agreements and finance or about the REE price. But i do not want to bet on it.
In my eyes we are good in a range of 35-45c with all we know for sure rigth now. And i do not think it has something to do with shorttraiding.
Of cause, all my opinion. But i do not panic right know. If you are expecting something you do not feel a panic. If the share price goes back in the 20c than i will top up massive. So i am very chilled right now.
