    @airconditioner Harlteys report is reflecting cashflow invested in 2019, in sdv..if we invest then it will take 3 years to build a plant. what are your thoughts.? I think if management could take a price to a dollar mark and do a cap raise, wouldn't that be a good option. your thoughts will be appreciated
