Doesn't matter. Most of the demand is out of china, naturally allowing the markets to run their course will still lead to larger demand from people buying EV's. Consumer electronics with batteries is always on the rise, Government renewable funding is a not a lot for lithium. Unless the Government is buying fleets of EV's most green projects build solar, wind and other renewable energy sources and incentives not batteries
