From PC interview, it seems IAM clients (MD or manager of fp branch) ends up investing/buying IAM shares - iPac WA, iPac SA, FF.

Imagine additional future # of investors, next 6-12 months:

MoU1, Senrty, 400 advisers, 200+ fp branch managers.
MoU2, ??? , 300 to 600 advisers, 150 to 300 ......................... .
MoU3, xxx , 300 to 600 advisers, 150 to 300 ......................... .
