Remember SMA is in a growth face....

Not long ago HC / HC members were screaming for profit and complaining about expenditure. In response, the company revised its billing /costing model and is now looking to improve margins/profit.

When Bryan Carr was interviewed on SBS news on the 11 Nov, he stated Australian retailers wanting to use the SMA billing platform would have to plan for a min of 6 months sales/marketing effort before they will see results. In short, patience is required..

Looking at what some of the Australian Retailers are saying about SMA, I like to think we are about to see some further positive news in the months/years ahead;
