    The first thing that needs to happen is for greedy Directors to give back "performance" shares because their performance has been diabolical.

    Surely someones head needs to roll?

    If this was my business I would be livid but because they have a "bank" of shareholders to tap they simply do not care.

    This is the worst example of mis-management I have ever seen in my 15 years trading, by far!
