Questions need to be asked, page-9

Hey guys I have a few issues with this whole saga, when I emailed Tom last week he told me they have a court case on last Friday and it should be lifted by start of this week. Then I read an announcement saying they have asked for an adjournment, now in my books either he is getting fed a bunch of lies or he is making crap up, either way it is a bit of a worry. Secondly I don't understand and would appreciate any clarification if tv2u is the plaintiff why can't they lift the suspension.? Either way if they don't sort this out by Tuesday heads could roll at agm. Thanks guys
