Should be thanking Management for not jumping in on a deal that they have questions about after their "FINDINGS" obviously came up with an issue they had concerns with.
"Whilst financial due diligence was satisfactorily completed, as a result of the findings Xped sought to adjust certain financial terms of the transaction that it deemed necessary for it to proceed with the Proposed Transaction."
After all any management that make hard decisions should be acknowledged. They are protecting all our coin.
