I used to work got TMO. I know all about them.
TMO is an ideal short sell canidate.You seem to be new at this , so I dont think you should short sell anything until you have some more experience. Read some books on short selling.

Someone high up is selling TMO shares at any chance they get. You can see this after looking at the charts over the last 12 mths. It should continue and drift back all the way to .20-.30c.

Yes you can sell before you buy shares. Basically, you get a full service broker and sell the shares at say .48, and then buy the share tomorrow at .45, for eg.

Viola .03 profit.
