Have had the discussion with glyn and it as sone gave pointed out and is very simple.
If the wand is packaged up royalty.
If the wand is by itself royalty.
No wand only sk product no royalty.
The way they work it is each product is an sku with an individual number.
When you create a promo item it is viewed as an individual product even though it has several products in it.
We have been told sk2 wand will not go to usa as that has been left to olay.
Once you license a product to someone there is always a chance they will not sell it. Seen that heapa of times. Say a movie is shit. Distributor does not want to outlay the dollars as it is a no win.
That is why when you negotiate a deal you pick up some upfronts or a clause that either has a minimum royalty or the loss of rights.
