Upcoming AGM, page-22

Just a bit of musing on the AGM.
Based on some assumptions:
- Resolutions were pulled last year 3 days before AGM because significant shareholders voiced opposition
- Opposition would be based on how close they thought the project was to an investment decision (Pretty good call given where we are now).
- Top shareholders would have more information than small holders due to more access to board.
- Resolutions would be pulled again this year, around the same time, if the same opposition existed.
- The only reason top shareholders would not oppose the same bonus issues would be if they thought investment decision was likely before 2017 AGM.

So... Given we are now 4 days out from the AGM, we should expect to see the resolutions for bonus options withdrawn in the next day or 2 unless the top (more informed) shareholders (read the Browns) believe this will be our last AGM as a spec. exploration co.

Positive? Or should I be joining Turnbull's spin team..?
