Arghhhhh - the wrapper case is not over till it is complete and settles and has been combined with other and counterclaims involved. You know the one everyone ignores with a claim against YOW odd 8 mill odd $ and YOW having put up a large bond. It is spelled out very clearly in old posts.
Some brokers need their knowledge checked as some have it very wrong IMO. Claiming costs in USA is limited
