Normally we wouldn't change things during peak times, but as this have been slower and more frustrating for users it was decided to do something out side market hours to try and reduce the delays.

As for the splitview it was added to give users an easy way to follow a thread as the old way has been taken off. The old way was creating more overheads on the system.
