The board should be worried that their cushy positions and the cash they receive for doing sweet F A might be threatened. They would tell you that the amounts they receive a chicken feed. Their sense of entitlement is what irks me most.
They are asking shareholders to dilute ourselves massively once again when they have no skin in the game.
Amanda asked us to put in our hard earned cash in at capital raisings at various levels and then grabbed something like 35 million shares last year which were priced (at least for a large portion ) under 3c which was the lowest it traded, maximising the number of shares allocated to her when we were experiencing the most pain . To me that was giving all shareholders the bird and she lost me right there. I notice she is doing the same this year to a lesser extent, however, still a substantial number.
I have quite a few shares in LYC and will probably vote against resolutions 1, 2 & 3. I haven't decided yet about 4.
