My understanding which I have previously posted - is that should KDL go to administration - we have a coviat preventing the sale of the project from KDL books - thereby giving WFE the box seat to cheaply acquire the remaining 30% that KDL hold.
Should common KDL directors get snagged in court - we can replace them. The fall out in a worst case KDL crash - as I would understand it - WFE should be able to weather such tides .
Note that our current director and former MD Luke humpheys is in no manner tangled with KDL. Hence can step back into the MD role in worst case crash on KDL.
So while others might see that KDL storm as smashing over the decks of all ships at sea - is not Lomero in a safe harbour of WFE ?
