You are correct in saying that Luke Humpheries is not associated with KDL. What is incorrect is suggesting that he is in no way associated with all the mess created. Luke Humpheries was working part time for Summit Capital, which is yet another failed company belonging to Alex Alexander. He worked there for a year and a half part time as operations manager. Like it or not Alex Alexander is his master one way or another, he knows how he got to his position and will probably look to keep that master happy. If shareholders are first and foremost in his mind I would be surprised.

Why would Sainty follow? Have a look at what he is getting paid per annum and you will have the answer to your question. My belief is that WFE is the next vehichle for all of them.
