Is there a way to get exposure to Blue Sky Funds without the ASX shares? I like the water / agri fund but don't like the property exposure to apartments in QLD. Does anyone know which funds are Blue Sky's best performing and potential minimum investment size?
Replacement management are smart but so are a lot of the other private equity managers domestically (not listed) so purely want to invest in water rights from 2018 onwards.
