Hi DB certainly CNE have expressed a desire to sell at some point its unlikely before production where the best value lies. The Oil game has changed a lot and I believe there will be a much bigger emphasis placed on getting a return on money spent as quickly as possible,.sharehloders will demand it, also CNE won't be operator for much longer...
In a Nutshell I doubt CNE will be a seller of SNE for years if at all, it will be the jewel in their crown, if anything they may sell down their other projects to help fund Senegal...
