Nice to see a lot of the normal antagonists on HC agreeing for once. Prakash is a foreign Combatant in an organization that takes no prisoners alive & if they do the prisoners are tortured, mistreated & for the most part beheaded. A bullet will save OZ a great deal of money & also send a message. Even though i have sympathies for refugees, scum like him do not belong in any civilized society & are better dead, buried & forgotten. We in the West have become to soft in many ways. There is no rule of law when the opposition has no morality.
