Yes Abbott has said he doesn't expect to be PM again but what he says and what he thinks are two different things, his actions like in this interview seem to contradict the idea he doesn't expect to be PM again.
Of course most of us realise Abbott doesn't have a hope in hell of leading the Liberal party again but Abbott still holds hope
