    IOT and OTT Extreme did enter into Due Diligence and the project was considered in its commercial fullness. The subsequent legal charges against Simon Kanter and the Boards desired direction for the IOT business was the reason I believe it did not proceed.

    These commercial decisions happen in business and do not imply they are derived from rumour.
