It is an independent report commissioned by the Directors of GAL. It is very different to a 'prospectus'.

The Directors of GAL have requested that RSM Bird Cameron Corporate Pty Ltd (“RSMBCC”), being independent and qualified for the purpose, express an opinion as to whether the Proposed Transaction is fair and reasonable to shareholders not associated with the Proposed Transaction (“Non-Associated Shareholders”).

 Delivery of live streaming from the Beijing Olympics; and

 Provided secure streaming for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Bird Cameron would of relied on TV2U for this information during the DD process..Hence they can only rely on valid information being provided by the directors of the entity.
