Its a BS answer. There is nothing stopping them responding directly to your questions. They would be breaking any market disclosure rules. As a shareholder you are asking very basic questions you are entitled to ask and he has totally evaded your questions. I would respond back to him stating that he there is no market disclose rules that would prohibit him from answering your questions.
