The emails I received from Awie contained as attachments firstly a 8 page MOU which was signed and witnessed between TV2U and AWie to perform the BV Sports related projects.
Also there was a second set of screen shots from the contract which again was signed by TV2U Nick Fitzgerald and Awie. I enclose in this post the screen shots of that 3 page agreement which is at the root of Awie’s complaint.

His email reads:
“I have been waiting for a moment like this since years back.
I have known nick has default on me doing indonesian operation for long time.
Nick ignored my demand of 50 percent shares in indonesian operation thinking I can do nothing about it.
This is indonesia, I am only waiting for him to established huge before I burn him down. I will never stop and give up on my adamant to burn him alive in indonesia. I will support this fully with all my network in indonesia.
Please I will arrange me a very good lawyer to sue him very soon the biggest amount you can. I will bring along my eldest brother in Artha Graha peduli to demand our rights in indonesia and have him banned him from indonesia.
Rest assured I have all the time to mess and destroy nick in indonesia.

His Business partner Pongky the issued via Awie this text:
“Here is our proposal due to our damage corporation with tv2u :
1. Damage cost due to unrunning business to recover our investment is US$ 10.000.000.
2. Damage cost of commitment to have joint venture to run this business in Indonesia is US$ 20.000.0000.

What I gathered from these emails and their documentation is that they intend to sabotage the Indonesian PGASCOM business somehow as they are aware its now being commercialised via the POC, hence I guess why they issued their emails.
I have no idea what veracity or weight their claim is against Nick or TV2U. All I know is they could launch legal action in Indonesia and this could create a delay to TV2U that IMO would be something that after the current legal case now before Australian courts, is poison to moving forward in terms of confidence that it may have with potential investors and shareholders if Awie follows through on his threats.

I notice my credibility is under attack but I expect that from the sycophantic types who always seem in the pocket of the company with clairvoyant like abilities to always know what the next commercial opportunity is ahead of time.

This set of emails I received is partly why I wrote the post stating that there is a low possibility but some probability or threat therein, IMO, that TV2U could run into trouble, and that could undermine its ability to continue IMO.
