If there were more certainty then the stock would still be trading at 26 cents like it was in 2014. I think that 2 years is a pretty quick time to go from bullish about a healthy company with reasonable prospects to completely cutting losses and taking a fraction of the price paid. However, this is what investors have done. I would however remind everyone that the legal frameworks of both China and Australia, along with past observations, would suggest that this company will eventually have to make some kind of reasonable payout to investors. The uncertainty of when this will be creates too much anxiety for the average investor so they have gone ahead and sold out rather than dealing with waiting, creating a buying opportunity for more patient investors with a better understanding of accounting and legal frameworks. I would remind anyone holding that these negative remarks are doing nothing but driving down the price at which we can eventually expect to be compensated for our membership in the company. These kind of experiences are only harming the industry in it's goal of enhancing the flow of across borders and the place of Australia as a reputable market for investors. If all these negative past holders were instead willing to raise their complaints with ASIC they may see some kind of result beyond the plain driving down of the share price. There have also been a lot of very amateur statements about auditing in this thread and "forensic accounting" that are completely inaccurate. I would prefer not to be over exposed but I will certainly buy more and average down if prices keep bottoming. This is a decent company and two years without dividends should not be a catalyst to take a 60-80% loss which is my estimate of the average.
