In Thunder54's defence, it's not that someone is selling. That's no big deal in its own right. It's that they have, and continue to sell into weakness. It's counter-intuitive and simply not rational for any seller (let alone a large stakeholder) to not seek the best return possible in their trades. Note that they weren't selling when the price was up, always when it's down. They're either hopeless investors/traders or they want to drive the price down.
