Yes it was user and once again you choose to pick certain aspects to accommodate your Negative role on this thread.
1) the High court lifted the caveat to allow AVQ to progress what they determined was AXIOMS legal Right .
2) it was the previous Government who along with SMM corruptly left out certain Landowners.
3) then is was SMM who knowingly created this mis justice to use it later to their advantage
4) SMM claimed AVQ acted in the same way as SMM did ,,that they must have also bribed the new government in the way SMM bribed the previous Government ,,,,this was found to be untrue by the High Court.
5) what was proven and admitted to.....was SMM did bribe the previous Government , SMM did Corruptly interfere with the whole process in the first instance .
6) and yes AVQ and its share do have a right to be pissed off with the CoA as Goldsberg who resided on the CoA previously dismissed the same landowners in the local courts of having any rights to lands claimed. then he changed his view with the court of appeals.
7) in future the Chiefs will now decide who the rightful land owners are.
8) hence the reason 2 new tenements have been included in the new EOI to accommodate those land owners left out, this was to stop any future arguments of title on overlapping lands.
