6) and yes AVQ and its share do have a right to be pissed off with the CoA as Goldsberg who resided on the CoA previously dismissed the same landowners in the local courts of having any rights to lands claimed. then he changed his view with the court of appeals.
7) in future the Chiefs will now decide who the rightful land owners are.
8) hence the reason 2 new tenements have been included in the new EOI to accommodate those land owners left out, this was to stop any future arguments of title on overlapping lands.
I would have thought your DD would have picked up on this considering your been doing now for well over 9 months.

I don't care about accusations and counter accusations between AVQ and SMM, my point was AVQ should have done their DD that this was custodial lands so why spend $11M AUD in total exploring it and in particular still spent around $9M in 2015 on upgrading the JORC of Isabel when they got the PL for SJ in March 2015......that was my point which was debated at length.
