Turnbull only has himself to blame for the mess he is now in.
His economic leadership of this country has been abysmal.
Since he has taken charge they have lacked direction and policy.
They have floated potential changes to the GST, the ability of the states to raise their own taxes, negative gearing, capital gains tax and superannuation. Yet have been unable to explain the changes needed to the electorate in any clear manner. Tony Abbott had a tax white paper they were examining that Turnbull denied he would kill off - yet a few months later he killed it. With this mob it is hard to know what is on the table and what has been taken off and in the meantime they just flounder like a ship with no rudder.
Since the last election when he scraped over the line - what have they done to endear themselves to the public?
