This is another positive appointment at the executive level. Lets face it - graphite is a crowded space at the moment - lets include cobalt & lithium there...so its going to be a challenging area to excel. This is why VRC impresses me - the quality of the team they are drawing together - no "fly-by-nighters", it would appear, amongst this lot.

Lets hope that when the dust settles, VRC delivers on what it truly believes it has - a quality resource.

You just have to have a sense that - surely - the company must have some substance behind it given they keep attracting really impressive talent to the Board room. These guys (Vorster & Matthews) are actually people we know and have heard about and have seen deliever - not just mid-tier ex-Execs from Mining Houses around the world that rock up with "impressive" resumes, but who we have never for the life of us, heard of in our lifetime.

VRC has built nicely this last 12 months. Fingers crossed that the sector gets a second wind....
