its been a consistent week for ico, but i don't think we have seen anything yet.
Consider the huge potential of revenue from E10 - combined with the currently anticipated gov. incentive to this industry of $50+mil, than look at the current market value of ico (~$7.5 mil).
Do your own maths, as I may have this whole thing wrong - but if 1 + 1 = 2, than we have a lot of catching up to do - as long as the gov. pushes E10, and I can't see them have much choice.
