    Just because they don't 'invite us to meetings' doesn't mean they are sitting idle.

    They have said that this is a massive opportunity and they want as much if it as they can get (they've said so)

    The sale by COP has provided an opportunity that they seek to exploit in line with the terms of their agreement.

    No way is this going to wrap up in a few days/weeks or months.

    FAR believes it has a strong case and the longer it goes the more likely they are right. No way are they going to risk that and all the legal fees by providing fodder for rebuttal.

    Anyone care to look back through mountains of backslapping by posters ripping into the comments by WPL's CE. Now people saying they want FAR to foolishly follow suit. Not me.

    I'm no lawyer but I'm privy to much, much simpler matters drag On for months.

    The biggest risk to FAR in my mind is Governments changing policy on oil and letting the lunatic left win the battle of lies (global warming)

    This is a decade play.
