There is a lot of shorts in copper.

But unfortunatly there are a lot of funds that are getting burnt holding copper, they keep selling and the shorts can cover without a issue.

Same situation happened on Crude oil a few months back.

Zinc isn't falling becuase of copper, Zinc is falling much faster then copper. Zinc is falling becuase Zinc is falling - no excuse.

As I tried to point out a month or so ago, majority of the action in base metals is speculative, when part of it comes undone, the whole lot has to come undone.
