To be honest I think will hover around where it is ...maybe push to mid high 50s. I think around easter next year we will see action.Plant issues will/should be resolved. Euro elections will add to instability and Trump will be getting advice from the Fed that any more borrowing will kill the country. Talk is easy.
Two wild cards are T/O (more likely as any purchaser is waiting in the wings until startup issues are resolved) and what is under Lakeway????
