As I have stated many times, it is a fact that BUPA is a not-for-profit organisation run for the "benefit" of its British members see website below. Why would those members want to benefit Australian members? They want profits or the generation of the profits to make their memberships lower in Britain presumably. How long do u think members will tolerate BUPA remaining in Australia if they r required to put up capital for their Australian "profit generating" business? Look at the BUPA website, the evidence is there for all to see.

If BUPA was going to remain in its "capital lite" scenario 4ever, my recommendation 4 NHF & MPL would be overwhelmingly not only sell but short IMHO but pls DYOR as BUPA would be a far more agile competitor than MPL & NHF but longer term in truth the respective SPs of MPL & NHF r valid as BUPA will not retain its advantage for long term.
